Reflection

Almost a year and a half ago, in a Palestinian refugee camp, God told me to become a music therapist. Tomorrow I start my first classes in music therapy at Shenandoah University.

In an era of instant gratification and quick results, waiting 9 months to be accepted to grad school was eternity. I’ve never worked so hard, waited so long, or prayed so much for one thing in my life to come to fruition.

I am so full of gratitude and eagerness. I know this is where God wants me to be. I dare not disappoint Him now.

Onward and upward. Colossians 3:16
